Cactus Fold Laundry Pickup & Delivery

Welcome to Cactus Fold. By scheduling a pickup, using our website, or using our laundry services, you agree to the following terms and policies. These terms help ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our team. aBy scheduling a service with CactusFold, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Deposit
A $25 booking deposit is required to reserve your pickup window.
This deposit is applied toward your final order total after your laundry has been washed and weighed.
The deposit helps secure route availability and is non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled.
Customers may reschedule their appointment prior to the scheduled pickup window. The deposit will remain applied to the order.
Pricing
Laundry service is charged at $1.75 per pound.
Laundry is weighed after washing and drying to ensure accurate pricing.
A minimum order of $25 applies to all services.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery are organized through designated service routes.
Customers must ensure their laundry is accessible during the scheduled pickup window.
If laundry is not available at the time of pickup, the appointment may be considered missed and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
Pickup Readiness
Laundry must be ready at the beginning of the scheduled pickup window.
If laundry is not ready or accessible at the time of pickup, the order may be treated as a missed appointment.
Laundry Preparation
Customers should place laundry in a bag or container suitable for transport.
Please include your name and apartment or unit number on the bag or in the order notes when possible.
CactusFold is not responsible for loose items left outside of bags.
Items Left in Pockets
Customers are responsible for checking all pockets before pickup.
CactusFold is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets including but not limited to:
• pens
• gum
• coins
• cosmetics
• electronics
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 48–72 hours, depending on route schedules and order volume.
Customers may select Expedited Service for a 24-hour turnaround for an additional $10 fee.
Laundry Care
CactusFold handles all laundry with reasonable care.
However, CactusFold is not responsible for:
• items left in pockets
• pre-existing damage
• color bleeding from garments
• shrinkage due to manufacturer care labels
• delicate or specialty fabrics not identified by the customer
Customers should separate and clearly identify delicate or special-care items.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged due to negligence, CactusFold's liability is limited to a reasonable replacement value of the garment.
Unclaimed Laundry
Completed laundry should be retrieved within 7 days of delivery notification.
CactusFold is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
Photo & Video Consent
To showcase our work and promote our services, CactusFold may take photos or videos of laundry orders.
These images may be used for marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and promotional materials.
Photos and videos will focus on the laundry, packaging, or presentation of completed orders.
Personal information, addresses, or identifying details will not be displayed.
By scheduling a service with CactusFold, you consent to the use of these photos and videos for marketing purposes.
